2500m3/d Electroplating wastewater treatment and reuse project
The project covers an area of about 10500 square meters. The treatment object is electroplating park wastewater. The treatment capacity is designed to be 2500m3/d. The reuse rate of reclaimed water at the end of the wastewater treatment station is more than 50%. The quality of treated effluent meets the standard of Table 3 of (GB21900-2008).
Treatment process: the project adopts classified collection and treatment, and is sent to the regulation system pool through physical and chemical pretreatment, electrochemistry, FBCOT advanced oxidation, membrane process and other process systems.

The project was put into operation in September 2013. Using AO3-MBR process, the treated water quality can meet the (GB 18918-2002).
Treatment process: Septic tank - Regulating tank - A2O - MBR tank - Clear water tank.
The process of this project has the advantages of compact structure, small floor area, high treatment efficiency, good effluent quality, less excess sludge, easy to realize automation, convenient operation and management.
